Work, and what it changed

Six projects across our six sectors. Each one is written the same way: the problem the client had, what we built, and what actually moved.

Real estate

Selling 240 apartments from an empty site

A residential developer with a signed plot, a full brochure and nothing physical to show. Reservations were stalling at the point where buyers asked to see a unit.

Challenge

A show flat would have taken seven months and consumed a material share of the marketing budget. Meanwhile buyers were being asked to commit a deposit against floor plans they could not read. Sales conversations ended with "we'll wait until something is built."

Solution

We built every available layout in 3D from the architect's Revit model and installed a two-headset VR sales suite in the marketing office, with a browser version for buyers overseas. Finishes and furniture packages switch live during the appointment.

Result

Buyers now see an average of three layouts in one appointment instead of choosing blind from a plan. Reservation timelines shortened, and the sales team reports far fewer post-reservation change requests.

Events & expos

An expo stand that outlived the expo

A manufacturer exhibiting at a regional trade expo, competing for attention against forty other stands in the same hall.

Challenge

Their products are large, expensive and impossible to ship to a show. Previous years relied on printed panels and a looping video, which drew polite attention and almost no qualified leads. The whole stand went to landfill afterwards.

Solution

An interactive 3D pavilion where visitors walk around full-scale equipment, open it up and see it running. Sessions were designed at three to four minutes to keep the queue moving, with lead capture built into the experience itself.

Result

Dwell time averaged over four minutes against a hall average well under one. After the show we republished the pavilion as a public web experience, so it continues generating enquiries year-round.

Education

AR anatomy across 14 secondary schools

A regional education programme teaching human biology in schools with no laboratory facilities and no budget for specimens.

Challenge

Students were learning anatomy entirely from two-dimensional diagrams. Teachers reported that spatial relationships between systems were where understanding consistently broke down — and it showed in assessment results year after year.

Solution

A markerless AR module running on the tablets schools already owned. Students place a full body system on a desk, walk around it, pull it apart and rebuild it. Built with teaching staff against the existing curriculum, and fully offline.

Result

Assessment scores on the affected units rose materially against the previous cohort. Teachers reported the largest gains among students who had struggled most with diagram-based material.
